Marigold Needleworks started from my own love of stitching. I fell victim as many others have to the doom scrolling, and the negative impact of always being on social media has on us, especially anxiety. So, I decided to start stitching. I began with cross stitch and soon after, needlepoint and both became creative outlets that I genuinely love. Over time, that interest grew into a desire to create my own designs and build something of my own.

As I turned 30, I started thinking about what I wanted to do long-term and what I wanted to leave behind. That’s when I decided to start Marigold Needleworks — a space where I can turn my stitching into something meaningful and share it with others.

I chose to focus my shop solely on needlepoint because the more I did it, the more I realized how much I loved it. The different stitches, the excitement in seeing the design on a canvas and giving you a glimpse at what you'll be creating and most of all the amazing support and fun interaction with others in the needlepoint community. My hope is that my designs will have the same effect on my customers and this hobby will continue to grow and give people with similar issues as me an outlet.
